ESF Hub
We are currently transitioning from the ESF App to the new ESF Hub. All parent and student data is being migrated to the new systems, which will become available on 4 August 2026. The ESF App has been switched off. Access to all school information related to your child(ren) will be available through the ESF Hub.
Please look out for an email from ESF Centre in early August with instructions on how to access the new ESF Hub, both as a web portal (in your browser) and as a dedicated app on your device.
For a quick start:
- Download ESF Hub app
- Register for an ESF Hub account using the email address you have on file with the school (or register via the web portal in your browser using this link)
- Confirm that a verification email has been sent to your inbox
- Log in to the ESF Hub using either the app or the web portal link
- Link your child to Glenealy School using the access key included in the ESF Hub registration email from ESFC. (Please note that the access key sent to each parent is different; please don't share it.)
Alternatively, you can follow the detailed step-by-step instructions in the registration email, which also contains your unique access key.
